Ordering and Holding Furniture
Due to the sales volume and limited warehouse space, we cannot hold merchandise for more than (60) sixty days. Please inform your sales associate of the date needed so we can coordinate the arrival, delivery or pick up of your order. In most cases, sales priced items can be “Rain Checked.” All one of a kind, close out and clearance items must be delivered or picked up within (30) thirty days of the date the item is purchased.
Exchange and Return Policy
All exchanges and returns are subject to a service charge and must be accompanied by the original sales order and all manufacturer tags.
- No item(s) can be returned if it was in home over 7 days.
- No item(s) can be returned if showing signs of wear, damage, smelling of smoke or other odors, or pet dander.
- Returned merchandise will be inspected. If a replacement is selected, refunds or service charges may apply.
- No returns or exchanges on special or custom orders.
- No returns on mattresses once they have been opened or slept on, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, or they have been covered by a mattress protector purchased from us at time of sale.
