Mission Statement

The following are a few ideas we of Scott’s Furniture, Inc. feel we should attempt to relate to you, our valued customer. We offer these ideas with the hope that they will help you understand our approach to conducting business.

We all know that the world today is not the same as it was twenty, ten or even five years ago. The days of honest business transactions with a personal touch have been replaced with fine print and skepticism. In our own small way we hope to be part of the solution, and not part of the problem the world faces.

Many firms are stating vague or unreal warranties that we feel are deceptive. This is done as a “sales pitch,” not as an honest product warranty.
